Board Member Parker called the meeting to order at 6:06 PM

Roll Call:
Present: Siegel, Parker, Jeffrey and Baker
Absent: Coffman
Also present: Molly Moser

Additions to Agenda
New Business – Shipping security

Motion to Approve Agenda
Motion: Siegel moved to approve the agenda
Seconded by Jeffrey All in favor Passed

Approval of Previous Minutes
Motion: Siegel moved to approve the minutes as presented
Seconded by Jeffrey
All in favor Passed

Election of Officers
Chairperson – Steve Siegel
Secretary – Donna Jeffrey
Vice Chair – Kurt Baker
Motion: Parker moved to elect above officers
No second
Three ayes, one nay - Passed

Old Business:

Update on 2011 Proposed AGHC Budget

Decision to not seek a volunteer through the AmeriCorps Volunteer Program
$500 added to janitorial supplies?

Endowment Fund

Committee of five to raise funds
Discussed donation sources

Experience Works Opportunity

Presented to volunteers – two were interested but didn’t qualify
One possibility – not a volunteer

Online Policies

Discussed shipping charges, online access to donate to endowment fund

Motion: Baker moved to approve shipping charges as discussed and online access to
donate to endowment fund
Seconded by Parker

Center Consignor Policy and Mission Statement Alignment

Discussion: Consignment items should be mission related with the exception of items
from local artists

Motion: Parker moved to approve policy
Seconded by Jeffrey
All in favor Passed

Flower Bed Adoptions

A suggestion to ask volunteers to adopt a flower bed was discussed Master Gardeners
might be good source for adoptees
