Board Chairman Siegel called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM
Roll Call:
Present: Steve Siegel, Marsha Parker, Donna Jeffrey, Priscilla Coffman, Kurt Baker
Also present: Holly Berg
Motion to approve agenda

Old Business:
Price Slate collection
Holly will inquire if owners of collection will agree to a long term loan agreement and that
the collection may be displayed partially rather than all at one time. If so, Holly will travel
to Center Junction, IA to preview the collection.

Staff Report
Discussion:
Holly reported on projects she is pursuing. Several ideas came from her attendance at
the IMA Conference.
Board agreed to allow Holly to dispose of unused printer and cash register.
Weak and lost redbud trees will be replaced with crabapple trees.
Master Gardeners Don and Diana Harness have volunteered to refurbish the wild flower
gardens.
