Big 4 Fair Art Hall (aka Hollenbeck Hall)
Established in 1890, the Wapello County Fair Grounds are one of lowa's oldest fairgrounds. In 1995 Hollenbeck Hall was placed on the National Register of Historic Places as the Big 4 Fair Art Hall. It was completely restored and is still used for exhibits during the annual fair. In 1917 the fair was suspended and the
