Rent the American Gothic House Center for your next party, meeting, or any occasion!
The patio in front of the American Gothic House is a unique, picturesque site to hold your small wedding ceremony or other special occasion. The scenic gardens create the perfect setting for outdoor events on the lawn, porch or patio.
Rental Fees
•Patio Only: $50.00 (available from 4:00 pm to sunset)
•Patio & Amenities: $100.00 (available from 4:00 pm to sunset)
Rental deposit must be made at the time of reservation (50% of fees) with
the balance to be paid at least 10 days prior to the scheduled event.
Regulations
•Alcohol and Smoking are not permitted on the premises.
•Food is not permitted in the Center.
•The Center is not available for rentals, just its amenities.
Rental Amenities
Patio Only:
•2 picnic tables
Patio & Amenities:
•10 folding chairs (can be moved outside)
•1 table (can be moved outside)
•Men’s Restroom (1 stall)
•Women’s Restroom ( 2 stalls)
•Visitor center services: Use of costumes for photos, chance to view exhibits and purchase souvenirs from the gift shop.
