PRESENT:  Steve Siegel, Chair;  Greg Kenning, Vice Chair;  Jerry L. Parker, Supervisor;  Danielle Weller, Elections Deputy;  Kelly Spurgeon, Auditor;  Pam Norton, Auditor’s Clerk.

 

Chair Siegel called the meeting to order.  Vice Chair Kenning moved to approve the revised agenda, seconded by Supervisor Parker.  Motion carried.

 

Supervisor Parker moved, seconded by Vice Chair Kenning to accept the minutes of the October 27 and November 4, 2009 Board meetings.  Motion carried.

 

CANVASS OF REGULAR CITY ELECTION held November 3, 2009.  Danielle Weller, Elections Deputy, read the results of the canvass. 

 

ABSTRACT OF VOTES

We, the undersigned members of the Board of Supervisors and ex-officio County Board of Canvassers for this County, do hereby certify the following to be a true and correct abstract of the votes cast in this County at the Regular City Election held on the 3rd day of November, 2009, as shown by the tally lists returned from the several election precincts.

Supervisor Parker moved to acknowledge and file the results of the canvass, Vice Chair Kenning seconded.  Motion carried.

 

Supervisor Parker moved, seconded by Vice Chair Kenning to approve a change of employment for Emily Tuller in the County Attorney’s office from a full-time Clerk I to Clerk II at an hourly rate of $12.41.  Motion carried.   

 

Supervisor Parker moved, seconded by Vice Chair Kenning to approve the certification of cost allocation plan for DHS.  Motion carried.

 

Claims in the amount of $558,016.40 and payroll in the amount of $384,294.08 were approved.

 

5:49 p.m.  Vice Chair Kenning moved, seconded by Supervisor Parker to adjourn.  Motion carried.
