Please note that all fees are subject to change. The department does not make money on immunizations, but it does need to cover its costs. Therefore, when Public Health is charged more for materials and immunizations, it has to pass those increases on.

Flu:
- $25 for all ages.
- $10 additional charge for any child requiring a second dose.
Hepatitis A:
- Free VFC for any child 12 months through 18 years.
- $25 per dose for all other ages.
Hepatitis B:
- Free for any child 0-18 years of age. If series is started by age 18, then series can be completed at no charge after age of 19 as long as the recommended schedule is followed.
- $50 per shot for anyone 19 years and older.
Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR):
- Free for any child 0-18 years of age.
- $65 for anyone 19 years and older.
Meningococcal:
- Free for any child 0-18 years of age.
- $110 for anyone 19 years and older.
Pneumonia:
- $60 for all ages (effective 8/25/10).
Shingles (Zostavax):
- $175 for adults 60 and older (1 time shot).
Tetanus / Diphtheria (Td):
- Free for any child 0-18 years of age.
- $30 for anyone 19 years and older.
Tetanus / Diphtheria / Pertussis (Tdap):
- $45 for anyone 19 through 64 years old.
Varicella (chicken pox):
- $95 for all ages.

To be paid privately for services as follows:

$30 for a half hour massage.
- $35 for a half hour massage at home.
- $40 for a one hour massage.
- $45 for a one hour massage at home.
